This unique project included construction of a mixed-use wrap product with a podium element containing shell space for retail, restaurant use, and live/work units on the first floor. The apartment portion of the project is a 4-story type V wood structure containing 336 units supported by the post-tensioned concrete podium. The apartment units also surround two 5-story concrete parking structures which have a foundation supported by rammed aggregate piers. This project was built to achieve a LEED Silver Certification.
